I own a green jade facial roller from a different seller. It squeaks frequently when I roll on my face. Therefore, this rose quartz facial roller with “No Squeak” caught my eyes and I decided to give it a try.Package arrived quickly and the rose quartz roller was in a nice cushion-protected box just as advertised and pictured. The rose gold colored hardware goes well with the rose quartz. It is really beautiful and seems to be high quality. Most importantly, it is very quiet when I roll on my face. I have not used long enough to notice the benefits on my face, but it does feel great every time when I roll on my face.I am happy with this purchase and will definitely buy more as gifts and recommend to my friends and families.

Awful. When I unboxed this, the pieces immediately separated from one another. As if they were never securely connected to each other. The pieces are cheaply hot glue gunned together, and not well. Not sure how anyone could roll their face with this.

I love this roller! It rolls smoothly and easily and the rose quartz is high quality. I have only used it for a few weeks but I can notice my skin looks better and is softer. Overall this is an amazing product, I am ordering more for my sister and mom.

The roller arrived broken. The minute I pulled it out of the foam holder roller fell right off.

It came apart.I still use the smaller side but, the bigger end came unglued and fell in the floor. I put it back together and thought it was no big deal then, the bigger crystal fell out and one of the plastic pieces that keeps it in place while it rolls, fell on the floor. I can’t find that piece to save my life!I haven’t even had this a week yet. I really liked it at first.

I got hooked on facial rollers about a month ago. Bought 2 rose quartz and 2 jade rollers. This is the best one I have bought - nice presentation box, well made, pretty pink quartz and rose gold tone metal parts. These are excellent for relieving sinus pain and pressure. Keep in refrigerator and roll it over bothersome sinus areas. It helps me a lot!

Just a little squeaky SOMETIMES but glides smooth and you can’t beat the price and works as well as my expensive one did

I like this facial roller, it's helpful to use when cold, especially around my eyes. I think it's actually colored glass in the color of rose quartz, but that is okay with me. It was not expensive. I wish facial roller packaging was a lot more honest about materials, but whatever.
