I’m 5”8 135 pounds and I ordered an XL it fits perfect. I couldn’t imagine a smaller size. It doesn’t cut into my thighs and is all around comfortable. The difference isn’t dramatic but definitely there. I like that the pads sit up higher that the usual. It’s not the bottom of my booty that needs the help
