Finally! a real leather bag!
It's great! I have been trying to downsize the amount of baggage I need to carry everyday! I have had my fill of backpacks and oversized laptop bags that are huge and heavy. I decided I wanted to go back in time, when people carried smart things and did not have to carry all of their bulk with them. The challenge was to find a leather briefcase, that was really made of leather, that was also modern and at a price I could afford!This briefcase is one of the best buys I have made, I use it everyday, has a compartment that my Surface fits into and is protected, has a back compartment with zip for documents you need to keep safe and not have flying out when you open the bag. Also has an exterior zip able pocket and plenty of space for files, chargers and other stuff you need. I did read reviews about the lock, but honestly, I have had the bag for a while now and I have not experienced any bad happenings. Ohhh except one! I scratched the spine when I accidentally trapped it while exiting a car! (Bummer) Anyhow! it gets my seal of approval!

Great Bag
This is a terrific case and feels like it will last. Only issue: it is to expand to (I think) 6 inches... it will at the bottom of the case, but not at the top, which means if the case is full, the lock will not reach. Either the tongue on the lock needs to be longer or the catch raised up. In the picture, you can see how when locked, the top must have considerably less than the bottom.... then again, maybe it keeps you from carrying too much stuff.

PURE GARBAGE AND NOT REAL LEATHER!
Terrible quality. The buckle came unattached from the case. I glued it since I had it for just a year and I hate getting rid of broken things that can be fixed.. Then it started peeling. It is NOT genuine leather. Do not buy!!!

Best Soft Briefcase
It’s beauty is in its simplicity. It has one latch that has never popped open by accident. I’m only one button press away from grabbing my goodies inside. I would take away a third of a star because it doesn’t always stand up on its own- it falls over depending on your contents. Otherwise- best messenger style brief case I’ve ever found.

Very Impressed with the quality!
Solid bag. Feels very nice to the touch. Super soft genuine leather. For such a great price, you cannot get anything remotely close to this quality. The stitching, and the materials used are superb.
