Not sure what to rate first, the product or the service.........Starting with the service, AMAZING! the customer service is exceptional. I waited until the last minute to purchase this hat as a Christmas gift ( Dec. 20th ), I emailed the company and expressed concerns of getting it on time for Xmas, since, they only had a flat shipping rate. I was assured that I would receive the hat in time for Xmas & they had already shipped it priority mail.....well it's here, Dec. 22nd, needless to say in time for Xmas!The hat is beautiful and I'm glad I purchased it......Note regarding product, FYI: I don't think the outer shell is real leather, but regardless it's worth every penny. the sheepskin fur is real and the fur is in the entire lining of the hat as oppose to the competitors hats, that offer leather with rabbit fur, that is only on the ear flaps and front bill of hat. I rather purchase a hat that is entirely lined than one that only has fur on ear flaps and front bill. Another thing to consider when choosing this style of hat, the sheepskin fur will out last the rabbit fur.I look forward to future business with this company.
