Makes for a quick and easy dinner and has great flavor

Impressed by the lack of any of the usual additives found in many supermarket spice packets. Authentic Thai taste. The paste is not spicy. I added chilies to my desired spice level.

Love all of these seasoning packs. Green curry and Tom Kha are my favorites. Authentic taste and a regular staple in my pantry.

Love this stuff. It is a bit spicy the first day. But on leftovers day it is thicker and less spicy. I love this stuff.

It’s really delicious it’s just very spicy. Add some coconut sugar and lots of coconut milk to tone it down, but then you lose some of the flavor. When they said it’s spicy, it actually is. Get the yellow version from this brand if you want a similar flavor without all the spice. Love the shrimp paste in it, it’s really delicious this way!

This mix is delicious - as good as most take-out restaurant sauces. It is rich and savory when added to coconut milk - it makes wonderful Thai chicken. PLEASE NOTE: Many reviewers have stated this mix is VERY HOT, 5/5...IT IS NOT! This green curry has a subtle hotness, a mild "bite"; it definitely IS NOT anywhere near super-hot, or even just hot. Don't pass up this mix if you are afraid that it will be too hot for you; I'd say virtually anyone can tolerate this heat-level easily and thoroughly enjoy the robust flavors it imparts. If you like your green Thai curry hot, you'll need to add some cayenne pepper to taste.

This stuff is soooo spicy and delicious. If you've ever gone out to Thai food and asked for 5/5 spicy level and they come back with a big glass of water with you're meal and you notice all of the workers watching you so they can see your reaction? And some are already laughing? Well, it's that spicy. I love my spicy food but had to add a bit more coconut milk so I wouldn't hurt myself. If you are faint of heart and can't handle the heat...maybe this one is not for you. If you love flavor and heat - I highly recommend it. I will definitely buy more. My only minor criticism and maybe it's my poor cooking skills; my curry was really runny. I added a bit of flour/water mixture and thickened it right up. If you've made it this far, do yourself a favor and order some dried lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves too. The trio of this green curry paste and those two spices were fantastic together.

This is the best brand I have found of curry paste, both red and green. Highly recommend.
