Great travel crate.
I originally won one at a dog show and loved it so muck I bought another. Easy to pop up, very sturdy, light and easy to handle. I use them for me hotel rooms when I travel.

Sturdy with young lab!
I was nervous about it being just fabric. My lab is a super chewer and will destroy any type of bed / mat when he is bored. We gave this bed a shot staying at my parents. It's perfect! My 50 lb lab has plenty of space. It's easy to assemble + transport. AND he hasn't torn it up (he's only 16 months so still super energetic). If the zippers are apart at all he is able to carefully unzip it with his paw. I recommend zipping both zippers up to the top corner. He does have a chew toy in the crate when he goes in to help. LOVE LOVE this crate! We bought it for $40 (ish) dollars, but it's worth the $86 I drive a Rav 4 and his XL petsafe crate just takes too much space on road trips. This will be our new go to!

Perfect for canping
I bought these because we travel with two 80lb dogs and we have a small light camper. When we are at camp sites and go off to hike with them we can come back and they settle in to the kennels to eat and rest while we do other stuff. Some times we leave them behind and the metal large crates are so cumbersome in our small camper, these are easy to set up because they set up vertically. You don’t need a lot of room. They are tall but narrower than a metal crate. My dogs are well behaved so no worry about them scratching out. Since the frame is metal I can use their hanging bowls too!. So far these are perfect t for light travel.

Great for travel
1) Great for travel - easily folds flat and not very heavy 2) Perfect for our lab who is already crate trained. I wouldn't recommend this as a first time crate. Even though our pup loves her crate, we made sure to leave this set up for weeks allowing her to come and go freely, worked up to closing the zipper for a few minutes then a few hours. Probably more cautious than necessary, but at the end of the day it's cloth and she'd be free if she wanted to be. 3) Crate pad could be more durable, especially for dogs that chew or scratch at bedding. I replaced it with a 3rd party plastic crate tray and now the crate is PERFECT for our dog and for travel.

Sturdy and so Simple!
I use this inside the camper for my rabbit, Buster, while we're camping. It's just as sturdy as a metal crate (which I hated setting up and breaking down) without all the weight. Extremely simple to set up, unfold and place the bar... done! Reverse to break down. I would have liked to get the larger crate, but this one (36 by 25.5 by 28-Inch) is the same size as his nighttime crate at home and fits nicely in the limited space in the camper. Plenty of room for his litter box, water bowl, bed roll, and play. One of the main reasons I bought this particular portable crate is because of the high canvas sides, which makes the entire crate very sturdy. I was pleasantly surprised by the thickness of the mesh as well... strong! and he hasn't shown any interest in chewing it, unlike his outdoor playpen that has thin mesh windows and a zipper door that he could reach and chewed through.

No thanks from a dog trainer.
Let’s begin with the pros: Fabric is of good quality. Mesh is of good quality Construction allows you to hang a water pails Now the cons: Internal wire frame is a safety concern for me It’s HEAVY compared to other types of soft crates. It does not fold down to a smaller footprint like other soft crates. You are going to haul a three foot sail along. Hope for no wind! You won’t find a video showing how to set it up. As Midwest clearly does not want buyers to know how cumbersome it is to set up. Picture a short person having to literally crawl in the crate to push the frame in place. Once set up it is wobbly. Returns are a pain because of size and weight.

Great
Perfect size for my German shepherd. The materials are thick yet lightweight. The screens are a thick rubber type material. The inside has a thick black liner. The zipper is sturdy, and it pops up and breaks down fairly easy, although the middle bar can be a little tough. Cleans up really easily. It folds nice and flat, has side clips to keep it closed, and a carrying handle.

Winner winner chicken dinner!
It was a snap to put together and came with instructions. Very sturdy. I use this as an every night crate at home. It is great. It's just slightly taller and a smidge wider than the other soft 36 inch crates. It comes with a wonderful sheepskin type mat (which I use as a mattress pad for the mini crib mattress I put inside) This will easily fit a medium sized dog. The mesh door and windows are much more rubbery and thick than the others. Four stars on the ease of travel due to the fact that it is heavier, but not unmanageable. Over all I think this crate is a winner plus I bought it used/ like new condition and it is brand new. The box was just a little dinged up. That's always a great deal if you can get it!

Great travel kennel, easy to set up and take down. Has a nice handle to carry, we leave it up all the time as both our dogs like to lay in this kennel. Good quality

This is our second fabric-sided dog crate, as we added a second puppy to our family. We like to camp but space is limited in our small car with our kids and two border collies; this crate folds up and can fit in our roof box with the other crate and other camping stuff, which is perfect. Compared to our other crate (which was a cheaper one) this one is far superior. Heavier, yes, but also sturdier. Looks nicer, the mesh is much more heavy duty, and it just feels better quality overall. Only downside is that there is no way it’d fit in our VW sportwagen trunk assembled - it is quite a bit taller that our other 36” long crate. Oh, and there is no side door, unlike the other, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

Purchased this item for my German Shepherd. I take him to outdoor events all the time and this was perfect for hauling around in my car. It is lightweight and I didn't have any problems carrying it around from event to car to garage and back again. It was big enough that my dog could lay down in, turn around and be comfortable. The material is like canvass. Although durable, it can rip. Mine, after two years of use, is starting to see some wear and tear in the corners where the metal frame sits. But I would expect nothing less as I set this up on many different surfaces. I appreciate the well-sewn construction and this has exceeded my expectations. The only downfall was that he figured out the zipper so he let himself out a few times. I think adding an extra latch for the zipper would be ideal to keep the "smarter" dogs in.
