Wife loves this product, her big head isn't itchy after use and apparently sensitive to other shampoos. Scalp isn't flaky like it snowing on Xmas so thats great as well. Recommend this product.

This kit seems to be helping, however it does take time and patience. I didnt see results for a couple of weeks and now I can see that I'm losing less hair. I've seen people complain about the serum making hair greasy, but I put mine in right from the shower while it's still wet and it dries just fine. Sometimes it will be kinda crispy like putting gel in your hair, but you can easily run your fingers thru it or brush it out. I don't have a problem with the serum that way. The smell is a bit strong, and the conditioner feels cool and almost tingly, like a menthol feel and I can still feel it after I rinse but it goes away soon. I bought another kit so I'll see how it does the 2nd time around.

So I just received this product and used it for the first time tonight. I’m 16yo female who is dealing with excessive hair loss. I have no clue why. I’ve asked doctors and done research. Yada yada. I’ve ordered this bc I seen great reviews about it. The price is kinda high for what you get but if it works I don’t care to pay it. The first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelled very chemically, and to be honest I was kinda scared to use it on my hair. The second thing I noticed was the shampoo was blue. I was not expecting it to be blue lol. It overall had a decent mint like smell mixed with chemicals. I obviously have no results since I just used it. I’m willing to do and try anything to make my hair stop falling out and help it grow back in. If anyone here has any suggestions please let me know. I’m very open! All in all this product seems fine. In a few months I will let yall know if there id results. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I don’t know if it works yet.

I believe it’s working, have only used for a few weeks and my scalp prickles every time I use it, not sure if I’m seeing hair regrowth yet or not!

I think my smell is broken so this could smell great but my nose says nope! Asking others, they said it smelled more minty or like menthol (not according to my nose). So covid caused me to lose hair. My doc said give it 6 months to a year. It's been 6 months so I dunno. I have baby hairs galore, it's all a mystery if it's just time that's healing or this product. I'm buying more since I have no clue, I just know I don't have hair all over my shower, floor, carpet and comb.

Love this product and the smell. My scalp feel fresh after washing it.

Good shampoo and leaves scalp cool and smelling minty. However, the shampoo does not allow for a foam and need to use generous portion to clear the hair. The amount given would last only 2-3 weeks if you wash hair 2-3 per week. For the cost, the product is useful but recommend to alternate brands to make it last a whole month before reordering.

Don't know what I was thinking. The price was too much for travel size. I thought it was bigger. Lesson learned.
