Review: Dented - Although these arrive poorly wrapped with just a cardboard disc and plastic bag for protection, resulting in denting and being pushed out of shape, I had no choice but to use them as I didn’t have time to swap them out for replacements. Despite the damage, my cakes turned out well and the misshapen tins didn’t make a noticeable difference to my finished cake. Quality wise, leaving the shipping issue aside, the tins are average build and unlikely to last for years of regular use, but will be fine for occasional cake making with the loose bases making things a lot easier (if it weren’t for the gap caused by the dent that allows some mixture to escape). The tin isn’t really non-stick, although it is possible there was damage to the surface during shipping. I greased but didn’t line them and managed to get my cake out in one piece, although the loose base needed to be persuaded to let go with the help of a knife. Hand washing rather than dishwashing is necessary and is reasonably easy. They are fine and good value for loose bottomed tins. Fine for occasional use rather than regular home baking.

These are good value for the money. Good size for sandwich cakes. Bottoms came out easily and they were easy to clean.
