Pretty nice for the price
This is a relatively nice, low-cost phone. My phone arrive attractively packaged and included headsets, charging cord and plug, and a simple case. I purchased the phone because it accepts dual-sim cards, is unlocked, and is a U.S. phone that includes Google Play. I used the phone in the U.S. and China with a sim card with carriers from each country, and it works fine.Pros: Thin, lightweight with nice interface.Cons: Plastic, questionable quality of screen, speaker volume is a bit low, flash seems useless, 2 GB phone memory + 6 GB on board memoryIt accepts one mini- and one micro- sim card.I like using the phone and it works well. It is a nice size for me--not too small, but still pocketable. Compared to my old Samsung, it is lighter, and the screen is more scratchable.I have had some software issues where I need to reboot to get the wireless to start or where the ringtone was silent even when supposedly set to ring. Nothing major, and might be general android problems. The phone allows you to change screens by waving a hand over the phone, which is kind of cool, though not really that useful in practice. The camera can take photos with voice commands, but only in Chinese! (Fine for me, because I know Chinese.)The photos seem okay, but only if there is enough light that the flash is not needed.Battery life is nothing spectacular, though not really much different than my old Samsung. Having bluetooth and wireless activated or using the phone extensively make it likely the phone won't make it through the day without a recharge. I don't expect the phone to last as long as the Samsung, which was a much more solid device. Because of this, I do feel I have to use the included case to help protect the phone; I'd prefer a phone that can survive without a case.I wanted a phone with built in 8GB so I could load more apps. This phone has that, but unfortunately, 2 GB are the phone memory and the remaining 6 are separate storage, so not available for loading those apps that demand on being loaded into the phone. I haven't run out of space yet, but might because of this.In sum, the phone is fairly nice. It works in multiple countries. It accepts two sim cards. Certainly not flawless, but could buy 6 of these for the price of one iphone. If it lasts a couple of years and I don't run out of space for apps, I will be happy.

Good Phone
Overall, a good phone. Once in a while, the other person on the phone will just cut off for some reason. But, for the price, it's a good phone.

Extremely satisfied. This is actually a very fast mini tablet that looks like a phone. I purchased one to replace an unlocked quadband Motorola razor which had a poor performance and poor battery life. I purchased another and now use the first as a tablet that I carry around with me and use with my personal WiFi device. I have loaded over 100 hrs of mp4 movies and TV shows I have recorded and use MX player to play them. It comes with a case and screen protector. You can buy a leather vertical belt case for it at Staples.

Review update 23 Dec 2014: the device has turned into a piece of junk. It worked fine for 2 1/2 months, then it started refusing to wake up. Thinking at first it was a dead battery, I tried charging. Not dead - actually 40% remaining charge. But it would not wake up past the battery screen. Taking off the back (a pain because there is no slot - you need very good fingernails), removing and reinstalling the battery fixed the problem. But as it now fails every time it is turned off, I will junk it. (Note that the warranty is a whopping 30 days.)Original review:This comes with no real instructions, and there are precious few on the Internet. Those looking for a simple experience should try something else. Further, the memory is fairly small by today's standards (8 GB) and is apparently only expandable with a SIM card for storing photos and music.I purchased this primarily as a pocket computer, as a possible replacement for my Ipod Touch 5. Within the limits of its memory (I have a lot more apps on the Ipod), it works very well. Not tested as a phone yet. Not intended as a primary phone, but rather a backup for travel outside North America - with local sims.I tested the GPS on a trip along the Hudson River. It does not really work, at least without a cell phone service. But having the GPS turned on suck down battery life to about one day.

Not recommended
This is my first day review of this phone. It's cheap in price, and quality. The screens are fairly snappy most of the time but for a quad core, it's not as fast as a dual core that I had before. The call quality is subpar as well. Inserting 2 SIM cards would seem like an easy task, but not here. I still haven't totally figured out how to insert the second SIM and there is nothing in the 8 page manual on the SIM cards. With heavy use, the battery might last 5 hours; I could almost watch the battery meter dropping. I bought this thing for texting and that's about all it's good for. You get what you pay for, it's a $100 phone. Not recommended unless you have a teenager who loses a phone every week. After 2 days of ownership I'm returning this phone. The battery life is just horrible and I was never able to configure the data to work, even on AT&T. There were no config files available for this phone since no-one has heard of the company.
