I was told to get the sweet one as the other one is more bitter.** A: IMO, it's neither sweet nor bitter. With my Italian background, we often ate lupini beans and the flour tastes just like them. Compared to coconut or almond flour, this flour is definitely not sweet though. Hope that helps. **Q: Nutrition facts** A: I believe this is made from plant protein. I have tried many keto friendly flours and found I liked the taste and texture of this one fairly well. You can get use to the taste. The price is a little high but what good is it if you wouldn't use it or eat it when you make it? **Q: Can this be used in fat head dough? Does it measure the same as almond flour in low carb or keto cooking?** A: Yes, measures like flour but will absorb more fluids than almond flour will. You might want to watch the amount you use and go a little less than almond flour at first. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keto flour of the future! *by M***I on July 15, 2019* Amazing Keto muffins.
