Received the item with markings on the can. No cover. And it did not spray. $23 spent for nothing. I was told I cannot get a refund. What the heck? For half full can of spray, with no cover, and all kinds of marking on the can. I sure would like a free replacement if the seller is kind enough. He should know what he sent me.
