Schaum's Outline of Intermediate Accounting II, 2ed 2nd Edition

These books are excellent value. They are about 40% discounted on what I would've paid on the Barnes and Noble website, so I highly recommend buying them new through Amazon. Also, the content of the book is great because if you are a visual learner it really breaks down accounting problems and gives the solution. I think its a great addition to your current college textbook since most college textbooks don't have solutions to the end of chapter problems without an instructor's manual. (At least the one we use in class doesn't).

I bought this book as a supplemental source for my Accounting Intermediate III class. It turned out to be invaluable. Very clear explanations of some complicated concepts. Plus, it provides extra problems to work in the back of each section. This book helped me get a much better grade in my class.

This book really helps with clarification, when you just need additional sets of problems to work, and to see what types of situations you will run into in the real world. I recommend buying this book to read in your spare time or use in addition to your accounting courses. This helped bridge the gap between the classroom learning, past knowledge, and what I currently am studying in the classroom today. This book exceeded my expectations and will be purchasing more items from this author.

Will not replace a college text book, but it is optimally used with one. Really helps with some of the more complex concepts.

The required Textbook I was using was difficult to follow. I was struggling to understand the concepts that it was teaching. I saw this outline and decided to purchase it. Now when I read the outline first before reading my textbook, I have a better understanding of the concepts that are being taught. I would recommend this book, if your planning to attend accounting classes.

This book outlined easy to read than standard textbook for getting the framwork and principle but need a update on changing GAAP principles. Book 1 is much more worthy than book 2

Aligns well with my assigned textbook to "dumb" it down a little. Easier to understand and compact inexplanations. Happy with my purchase so far.
