These are our go to probiotics. My husband has to have regular very strong laxatives and he always takes a course of these afterwards to re-populate his gut with good bacteria. They are pricey but well worth the money.

These probiotics are a bit pricey - but worth the money. They are easy to swallow - tasteless and odourless with no aftertaste. I took them after a bout of food poisoning last year and found that within about 10 days, they had helped with restoring regular bowel movements, reduced bloating and just made me feel less lethargic and tired. I take one every morning and it seems to help keep me healthy and well.

I have issues with bloating, these and Colonics have helped a lot. I’ve heard some people say though that you shouldn’t always take the same probiotics all the time though

Easy to swallow, good value for money, definitely good for the gut health, very effective and do exactly what there ment to do, I recommend everyone go buy them

I have been taking these capsules for a while now. I feel more energetic and my bowels have much improved.

It has seven different bacteria (including s.Boulardi) and is really strong. Great to use after antibiotics to restore your gut flora.

Don't think this did very much, but that is purely anecdotal. I didn't see any real difference in feeling.
