Liked it very much!
Used this cooler for the first time driving from Los Angeles, CA to San Francisco, CA, a 6 or so hours long drive, in the middle of the day in July when is hot outside (temps ranged from low 80s F to 100+ F outside the car, and inside well i had the AC on.) Why is all this important? Because under these conditions it worked perfectly fine. Temp inside the cooler stayed average around 40F or lower the entire trip and at night when i got to my destination. So if you keep it in the shade, in room temps at least, it will stay cool and work as advertised. The second i got out of the car and it got hot inside car again, the temp inside the cooler slowly started to go up a degree or two after a few minutes, but it came back down after i got back in the car and turned the AC back on. So do I recommend it? Yes! Just dont expect miracles and try to keep the meds cool under the sun at a 100F weather cause it aint gonna happen. Oh, and it pays off to buy a thermometer with a remote receiver, so you dont have to open the cooler to check the temp inside. I suggest a small Acurite with its remote receiver. Also, the ice packs stayed frozen the entire time during my trip... at night when I took the meds out and put them in a fridge, the blocks were still hard frozen.

Holds indeed for +30h
I used the Medactiv iCool Medicube while driving from Ohio to Texas for 2 days. I opened the case to refreeze the gel packs after ~32 hours. I found the gel inside the packs still in solid state. I highly recommend this colling case!

Works well
The sample temperature record in the picture (from a bluetooth thermometer that I stuck in the box) is for an international trip, 20 hours in total, during which the box was opened twice by airport security. As you can see, the temperature remained reliably in a fairly narrow range. When you first put in the cooling blocks, the temperature can go quite low, so we've waited for an hour before putting the medication in. That's as far as our experience goes, your mileage may vary of course.

Excellent refrigerated medication travel bag
Son was traveling with 6 humira pens. This was the perfect solution. We put a thermometer in the bag to be sure the temp for the medication was right, and yes it was. Size of the middle compartment help quite a bit. Very glad to have purchased this!

Good for 24 hours, no way 36 hours
I did several tests with a thermometer. Cooler pads frozen at -18 for 18 hours. Kept 8 syringes with a thermometer attached to it. The temperatue was maintained within the 2-8C range for 24 hours but then came to the room temperature of 21C within next 6 hours. If you want to keep your medication cool for 24 hours then this is a good solution for taking a lot of medication as the space provided is good enough. The dealer gets 5 stars for excellent post-sale support.

tried it again
I tried using this cooler again - this time I placed the thermometer deeper inside the cooler and the temperature did seem to stay cold for longer so perhaps the problem was my incorrect placement of the thermometer

Kept medication cool for an unbelievably long time
I could not believe how well this cooler worked. After traveling all day long I opened up the cooler and the cool packs hadn't even started to melt. When it says that it's good for 36 hours, they're not messing around. It would be nice if it wasn't a cube and was a little wider and was able to hold more medication, but it worked great.

It's worth the price!
Very sturdy and kept the promised temperature for 24 hours. I put a wireless digital thermometer inside so I could see the temperature during the entire trip. Not sure it would hold for 36 hours though. Also had no problem at the airport.
