Just what we needed!
We've had this for a couple of weeks now, and it works just great! Our old water cooler compressor stopped working. I didn't mind room temp water, but everyone else in the house likes it cold. We decided on this one for all the great functions it offers, as well as bottles that slide in the bottom, rather than flip on top...hard for me to do myself. The k cup option is nice to have when one of the kids wants hot cocoa or spiced cider after school. The coffee, for me anyway is not that great. I still prefer my coffee drip style or French press, but this is fine if in a rush and don't want to take the time to make it in my press. Overall, we like this since we do drink a lot of water and this is easy to change the bottles out. ***UPDATE 4/7/2022***… As I was cleaning the machine today, just thought I would write that it is still going strong in our busy kitchen! We drink a lot of water, and still love the options that this dispenser has. Also, to clean it is very simple and Primowater.com gives detailed instructions. There is also a YouTube video which shows the whole process that only takes about 30 minutes of time every three months. Well worth the time to make sure it is clean and safe. I’m sure it also extends the life of the dispenser. Overall, this water dispenser has been a great buy, and almost 3 years later we are still enjoying it!

love my coffee making water cooler
i had a Viva water cooler which also made k-cups. it died on me after 3-4 years, and i think the company must have gone out of business. i lucked up and found this Primo hTrio on amazon and ordered it. my confirmation email included a link to another less expensive model so i hurried up and ordered that one and cancelled the more expensive black one. because my first order was handled so promptly (within minutes), i ended up with 2 primos on order. no problem, because my son's viva cooler/coffee maker had died a year or two before mine. kept one, took the other one to him. we both love our primo coffee makers, which also supply hot and cold water. this machine is every bit as good as the viva, and then some. a bottom loading water cooler, first of all, is a wonderful advantage for a 70 yr old woman who doesn't enjoy lifting water bottles any more. the top opens to reveal storage for @ 20 k-cups, which is very convenient and means no k-cup holder on the counter or on top of the machine. put your k-cup in the holder, push it in and 3 green lights come on, for small-medium-large cups of coffee. push the button for the size you want and you have a nice hot cup of coffee within seconds. hot hot coffee (viva was @ 201 degrees, hotter than keurig, i think this is about as hot as the viva). i can find no downside to this machine. (i must say though, that the price seems to have increased dramatically since i bought mine @Oct-Nov 2020. the price seems to vary widely based on the color of the water cooler and where it is sold.)

Great product no issues
Originally I had the cheapest water cooler I could buy. This was an amazing upgrade the water is cold comes out pretty fast which is nice when your filling a water bottle. The coffee maker works great. There's a lot of people complaining about the coffee maker part yeah it can only make 2 cups back to back but when your putting them in the same thermos or large mug. The hot water works great for tea and has a safety button you have to push in to access the hot water which is nice if you have young ones running around. It isn't super quiet but it's not over bearing loud. You can hear a fan kick in or water heating up if your in ear shot but it's not gonna wake you up or etc. This product is worth the money and recomend. Update* Been almost a year with regular cleaning this unit is still the same as when I bought it still worth the money. Would definitely buy this product again especially since I live in the country and the well water is of lower quality. Great buy

Great water dispenser, but slow reheat.
It's great but my one complaint is that if you brew a 10oz coffee pod, you have to wait for the water to reheat to make the next one. This can be five to ten minutes, but if you plan accordingly it's fine. Bottom loading is really nice, saves your back and some effort. I'd give it 4.5 stars instead of 4 if I could, but I have to take something off for the slow reheat.

I love this machine
This is my 4th machine I've gifted them to family over the years, I can have coffee on a dime, cold water, or hot water for a cup of soup. It's a very low maintenance type machine, people look at it they are usually afraid to use it, don't let its sex appeal scare you away it's easy to use.

Works good
I love that it has the k-cup built into it then I don't need one on my counter. It is quiet and has hot and cold water would definitely recommend

Good customer service JUNK coffee maker!
Mine was the pod coffee version. After less than two weeks the coffee function stopped working. Yes, they sent me out a new one THREE times! Each one did the same thing and to be honest I just gave up on the coffee function and only use it for the water now. My advice. Do NOT spend the extra money for the coffee model. Leave that to the coffee guys and just purchase for the water.

Money saver!
I love the convenience of having hot and cold water at a touch of a button. When you live in Arizona and it’s 110 degrees the water is never cold! The coffee maker is a plus! This has made life so much easier and we drink way more water now!
