Refresh me Loed is a excellant book. I pick this book up while I was on vacation . I look at it and put it back, but it was calling my name,so I went back to purchase the book. I could not put the book now .I felt the book was written just for me . I found it vey inspiring and I think it helped me through a very difficult time. I have meant the author and she is a very inspiring person . I have many conversation with her and she also spoke at one our Chruch Meeting. I cant wait until her third book comes out.

This is a very well written book and exceptionally inspirational. Although many of the anecdotes are geared toward women, most of the advice seems somewhat gender neutral. Guys, get a copy for your wife or girlfriend and borrow it back for a while. You might very well find an answer to some problem that has been bothering you or a way to improve your relationships with others. My wife is giving copies to all of her friends this Christmas. We may wind up ordering another dozen before long...

This is a book I will read forever. Every day I read an excerpt and and it seems to be on the mark for my day.A friend gave this book to me and I have passed it along to others and they in turn, are doing the same.

I read this book each morning as part of my mediation...I found it to be encouraging and very prayerful. I would love to read more of her books.

I HAVE PURCHASED THIS BOOK ON MANY OCCASIONS. I GIVE THIS WHEN FRIENDS ARE UPSET OR STRESSED OUT BY EVERYDAY PRESSURES. I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT IS COMFORTING AND HELPS WHEN TIMES ARE DIFFICULT.
