The product came in a well protected box. Installation was easy, fit was perfect and FaceID works every single time (unlike other tempered glass protectors which blocks FaceID. One big flaw is that my screen is experiencing sensitivity issues. There are a lot of missed swipes and wrong presses because of this. The usability of the tablet is greatly affected and I would prefer a non functioning FaceID than a non functioning screen. Screen sensitivity gets even worse when the iPad Pro is docked with the official Apple keyboard case. Using the iPad without the keyboard case is a little bit more tolerable. I cant see why using the keyboard case worsens the screen sensitivity.I even managed to remove the protector and re apply it perfectly without dust or bubbles underneath. Unfortunately the touch screen sensitivity issues were still there. With that said avoid this tempered glass screen protector.

I took a leap of faith and bought this glass screen protector and I can confirm that it works 100%. My iPad Pro unlocks with facial recognition and the touch screen is as receptive as it was without the screen protector. The screen protector spreads from edge to edge, providing full protection. 5 star product.My only complain is that it doesn’t come with some sort of frame to help me install the glass screen perfectly. I learned that installing it on iPad is a bit difficult since it has more surface than on a small iPhone. I had to peel the glass protector several times to get it right and now I have finger prints and dust under the screen. I am going to have to order a new one to replace this dusty protector.

After applying the screen protector, the touch screen became unresponsive and often misses touches. Nearly unusable with the screen protector applied.Edit: Bovon kindly offered a refund when they heard my screen protector had issues. Great customer service.

This screen protector was easy to install but the air bubbles that formed during installation were harder than usual to push out (would’ve been good if they included a small squeegee, but luckily i had one from previous installations of my other iPads). Once the screen protector was on, i noticed that only 75% of my touch gestures were registering (meaning the screen was not responding to touch input). Additionally, when i tried my apple pencil, it did not work at all even though the title of this product says it’s apple pencil compatible... Only good thing about this screen protector is that it works with Face ID.Would not recommend this product, especially if you have the apple pencil.

When looking for screen protectors its really hard to know which ones to get and which ones not to get. This one IS A GET! It was simple to put on and i don’t even notice that it’s there! It has no scratches, no cracks, and doesn’t collect that much dust. It’s super easy to clean, literally just use a nice cloth over it and it looks brand new! And the price is good! Get it!

This item not only makes the touchscreen non responsive, but it also put a small scratch on my new iPad from something under the screen wrap that was protecting the sticky side of the protector. Unfortunately I did not see it and when I put the protector on I had to adjust it to get it squared up thus scraping the iPad screen with whatever it was leaving a small scratch. I am upset but it was a manufacturing thing so they all may not have this problem. Just inspect your screen protector before you put it on as to not end up like me.

Definitely interferes with touch sensitivity. Works great with Face ID but had to remove because the touch issue was too annoying.Update: The company contacted me and kindly offered to return my purchase money. That’s much appreciated. Thank you.

The screen was hard to put on but with a couple of youtube videos you can do it. i still have one tiny bubble but not on the area of touch screen so it's ok.
