My niece said it was the coolest book ever ;)

Our first grader went from learning to read to LOVING to read because of this series! He absolutely will not put these down. He has read the first 12 and has started reading them all again. Perfect to read to your 5 year olds and 7-8 year olds can read independently! Can not recommend them enough!

My five-year-old grandson loves this series. It was his introduction to chapter books and now he is hooked. Although he cannot read yet, he enjoys listening to these books. When asked what he likes about them, he responded: "It's like watching a YouTube video."There's great action, interesting characters, friendship, tenacity, and adventure. What's not to like? I also appreciate that the multicultural characters are not confined to a role that addresses issues. They are simply being children with whom any reader can relate.

My reluctant reader is loving this series. We are reading together and it is pretty interesting. My son is 7 and this is his very first chapter book.

My 8 year old son loved the first book in the Ghost Patrol Collection. He got through the book so fast and was really excited to share the story with me! This is the the only book I've ever seen him so excited about. I can't wait for him to read the rest of the collection.

Bought for my nephew (7) he loves it so much! His friends are also reading the same, not scary as my nephew does get scared easily so I'd say even safe for kids who do scare easily.He gives me reviews on what he's read and gets so excited to read the next chapters!!

I teach reading and my students love this series, and actually, I enjoy the books too. I tend to read these with 1-3rd graders, depending on their reading level and interests. The boys seem to like them the most, but girls are into them too. The stories are interesting, suspenseful, and funny. The kids get to know and relate to the characters that are around their age. Love them!

My son and I are really enjoying Andres and Desmond's adventures!
