OSMA Alum Block in Plastic Travel Container 3.38 fl.oz/100g

Bloc osma is the only alum block I will buy. I use these blocks for soothing, toning, disinfecting, and stopping bleeding knicks after a shave. I also use it as a deodorant for the underarms which keeps me literally smell free for more than 24 hours. It is cut from a natural solid block of alum which I greatly appreciate over the cheaper compressed powder blocks other companies sell. Would buy again and recommend to others.

I bought my first 100g OSMA block a year ago and still going strong with it…although it’s getting worn down a bit. Therefore, I just ordered my 2nd block. I agree that the case is a little flimsy…but my first one arrived OK. You can be sure that it won’t get thrown away in case of future breakage. I find it useful to keep the open case on my shaving shelf with the block standing upright in it. It contains the mess and allows the block to dry out thoroughly between uses. I haven’t tried any other brands….don’t need to. When review after review say…BUY THIS ONE….believe them.

This product is from a solid crystal of Alum, and not from a compressed powder. This is good, and may add to some of the price since a solid block is more costly to create.It is a fairly small block, smaller than a box of kitchen matchsticks, for instance. About the size of one of those rectangular rubber eraser (back when people used erasers and not the delete key).The case is not high quality plastic, but it is sufficient. Don’t know how well it’d travel bouncing in a dop kit. Mine arrived fully intact with no cracks in the block nor the plastic case, which is a bit of a miracle as it was in a soft-pack pouch with very little protection.Would I buy again? Sure. But I might also investigate other producers.

Best alum block I’ve tried so far. I saw elsewhere that this company uses full crystals, while others use powdered and recondensed versions, and the difference is crazy. Previous ones had a rough sandpaper like texture and would be really uncomfortable to use but this one feels butter smooth. Will definitely buy this product from here on out

Best alum bar on the market. Supposedly cut from a solid block of alum unlike cheap bars that are made from compressing separate chunks into a bar. Those have a rough surface with micro fissures that let water in and then they erode from the inside out. You can tell this is a solid block because of the super smooth glass like surface. Wet face, wet bar, rub on face, wait a minute then rinse off. All done. Dry bar with hand towel and let air dry.

This is a great alum block and is cut from a solid block. This gives great "feedback" after a shave, closes up weepers, and the case is nice to have for storage - just remember to dry your block before you store it, as water dissolves alum.

I like this Alum block for stopping bloody shaving nicks.Much better than a styptic pencil which hurts!

Wonderful solid alum block, as expected of OSMA, and I like the larger size 100g vs their 75g offering (which I also have to compare). The reason to go for this is of course the larger surface area, better feel/weight in the hand, and perhaps a light plastic container in which to store it.This is something of a game of chance, as you may expect: first, and most important: you have to hope that you receive an intact alum block, which I did. Then, after that condition is met, you're hoping the plastic container is not damaged (mine was). Came wrapped in one layer of small bubble wrap, clearly not enough. Even just a second coating of bubble wrap or--dare I get indulgent--a third would almost certainly ensure it survives its trip from France.You are paying a premium over shaved/compressed alum blocks primarily, and secondarily for the name brand. For such a luxury alum stone, I would have not expected these packaging issues, which is why I've had to subtract one star. To reiterate: no issue with the stone whatsoever; it is perfect for a cool finish to any shave. It is only the hard plastic travel case that came cracked, and not the stone itself.

The media could not be loaded.  Excelente producto.MedidasLargo 6.5 cm.Alto 4 cm.Ancho 2 cm.Llevo usándolo por varios meses principalmente para después de afeitarme cerrar los poros y cerrar las cortadas (cuando hay) hasta ahora a funcionado de maravilla, lo mojo antes de usarlo y tengo mi rostro igualmente humedecido, al pasarlo por el se siente un leve ardor en las cortadas y estas se cierran.Después lo dejo secar para volver a ponerlo en su estuche.Recomiendo tratarlo con mucho cuidado ya que una caída sería fatal, el material se siente de muy buena calidad y bien hecho.Todavía no lo he utilizado como desodorante pero si lo llego a hacer subiré una actualización.En cuanto al servicio de Amazon excelente.Si recomiendo el producto y si lo volvería a comprar nuevamente.

Es una maravilla cómodo de usar puedes trabajar tus 8 horas sudar a chorros que no desprende olor y con los de espray siempre salía algo o se mojaba con este nada, merece la pena

Pur curandolo con la massima attenzione (asciugandolo dopo ogni utilizzo), una volta consumatosi lo strato più superficiale, comincerà a sfaldarsi comunque, oltre a non risultare più liscio.Questo prodotto è invece una pietra intera di allume di potassio. Il mio precedente acquisto, quello di dimensioni più piccole, è durato circa 2 anni. Questo potrebbe durarne 3 (salvo indecorose cadute). Dal punto di vista funzionale, è ormai l'unico prodotto che utilizzo "antiodore". L'unico realmente efficace. E' inoltre inodore, per cui potrete abbinargli il profumo che desiderate.Ottimo, inoltre, per le irritazioni post rasatura nonché come emostatico.
