What this means is I'm still bloating & a binder helps relieve the pressure and discomfort...but the binder I've been using is now misshapen from daily use, plus it has a big Velcro that is obvious under clothes.I chose this because the color, the lack of closure, and I felt I could wear it under anything.I am 5'5", 140 lbs, and I have a short waist. My measurements are 40-34-40.This binder does what I need however it is very long & digs a bit when I sit straight up.
