Works good at truck stops.
I'm a truck driver and wanted to pick up wifi signals out on the lots with LOTS of obstructions. This unit does it very well. I can generally go from barely getting a signal to a significant signal I can connect to. I have been able to connect to fast food lobby signals almost a block away but with clear line of sight.It is a definite improvement over nothing at all and works better and more reliable than another NIC/antenna I tried.Only ding I have is the short cord. For my application I definitely needed an extension. Also the clip could stand to be more substantial.

Wow.. this thing really works!
I have a windows 7 laptop I use in the garage for looking up parts.. instructions.. etc for whatever I am working on. It gets abused. The onboard WiFi was sketchy at best unless conditions were ideal. I installed this an boom! It's working like a new computer. I amazed. Really good product so far!

easy plug and play. works very well
Its not miraculous such as plucking signal from far away, but it does improvee speed and continuity for existing wifi in Rv parks

The enclosed CD is really not needed.
There were no instructions or even a link, only a CD. Many devices, like mine, do not have a CD drive. However, after finding a link and downloading the driver, it came up flawlessly. It has at least quadruped my range. And it is very stable. It solved my range issues.

works as advertized
Followed install Instructions on cd.went from 240k. to 1.5 mb.Windows 10Going through 4 walls, down a 20 ft. hallway.Was supposed to arrive next day..Took 3 days.most likely amazons fault, not manufacturer.

A "Booster" shouldn't cut our speeds down by 2/3....
We ordered 4 of these for a small office, in an attempt to get more speed across our wireless network. We followed the instructions exactly. What we found was that, on every computer tested, the speed with the booster installed was about 1/3 of the speed that existed before. It's a very good thing that Amazon has such a great return policy, these are going right back!

Not impressed
Very easy and quick to setup. However it didn't preform as well as I expected.

I've had this for a couple months now and it has been working great, even in stormy weather.
