Review: Great honey - I love honey and use it often. I wanted to try the variety to see which was my favorite. They are all really good. Wildflower: slighty floral, sweet. This will be a familiar flavor for many, I think. A good all around honey. Clover: another familiar one. If you are accustomed to supermarket honey, this will be your closest match although it's far superior in flavor to supermarket. Sweet and floral, many of us grew up eating this type of honey. Orange blossom: this is exactly what orange blossom honey should taste like. It's not the oranges the bees fee on, it's the nectar from the blossoms. It smells like orange blossoms and it tastes like they smell. Slightly less sweet than clover or wildflower to my tastes, this is a great honey. Really well suited for Earl Grey tea. Berry: what a lovely flavor. It's got a slight tartness along with the sweet (the berry is less sweet than the other varieties in this pack). The berry flavor is just very slight but again, the bees are feeding on berry blooms, so that's expected. I read many reviews on this company's products, and I saw a few stating these did not taste like honey. I disagree. As someone who grew up eating freshly harvested raw honey (and chewing on the comb), this is the real deal honey. All 4 of the products in this pack are excellent, and I absolutely would (and will) buy them again. My only beef is the excessive packing. They are boxed and then wrapped in about 6 feet of cushion wrap then placed inside another box which is then placed inside the desertcart box. While I appreciate they want the product to arrive safely (and it did), surely this can be reduced or switched to hemp packaging for less environmental impact. But for the product itself? I highly recommend it.

**Q: What is the kosher certification? As are all four flavors kosher certified**
A: Thanks for your question. All Bee Harmony Honey is Orthodox Union Kosher Certified.

**Q: Are these honey gritty or grainy because they are raw or the honey is smooth?**
A: No, these honeys were very smooth and delicious! However, it is natural for these raw honeys to harden and solidify after time or when the temperature is too cold, but usually hardening is an indication that they are either old or the temperature is not conducive to the honey staying in a smooth state. But when I received these they were perfect and they're small bottles so I used them fairly quickly and they never solidified. The taste was excellent though and I'd highly recommend.

**Q: Where does the honey come from?**
A: Thanks for your question. Our American Raw Clover honey is sourced from bees foraging the Dakotas, Montana, and other Midwest states. The American Raw Orange Blossom is sourced from Florida and California. Lastly, our American Raw Berry comes from various berry fields in the Pacific Northwest, Wisconsin, Michigan, Maine, and other Northeast states.
