I purchased this belt to replace a Levis leather belt I'd had for about 15 years. This belt came in a nice gift box, with some extra hardware and a hole punch (more on that in a minute) and the belt itself was in a fabric protective sleeve. It's the kind of attention to detail you would expect from something that cost 3 or 4 times as much. In fact, I've had belts a lot more expensive than this one that weren't packaged nearly as well.The belt itself is solid leather instead of that cheap, laminated leather that a lot of inexpensive belts are made out of. It's a little stiff, but it's not uncomfortable, and I'm sure it will "break in" over time.The buckle is heavy-duty, and the length of the belt is adjustable - however the adjustment is permanent. Basically, the buckle is attached with a separate piece of leather that wraps around the end of the belt, and is held on with some threaded hardware. To adjust the length, you have to unscrew the hardware, remove the buckle, then use a shop knife or X-acto to cut to the length you need. That's where the hole punch comes in, because you have to create a new hole for the hardware to reattach the buckle.This belt seems like you should be able to get years of wear out of it. The one weak point is that separate piece of leather that holds the buckle on. That piece is only about half as thick as the leather the belt is made out of, and I suspect it might stretch or break over time, or the hardware might pull through the hole in the leather. If it ends up being a problem in the short term, I may adjust my review accordingly.Right now though, I'm super impressed after a week of wear, and happily give it 5 stars.

The quality is great and it looks good and fits perfectly

I got this for my dad because he said i didnt have to get him a present. he asked for a belt. i am a thrifty person but i wanted to get him somethign that i thought looked nice.he apparently is a brand person and didnt like that he didnt know the name. I guess, the only fault is that their brand is printed on it and isnt yet known by my dad. otherwise, great price for a belt. hasnt worn down in 6 months of use.

Great belt it's the second one I bought.

I was pleasantly surprised by this belt for my son. There are a lot of cheap belts out there that “you get what you pay for.” I got this for him to wear to church and since he wouldn’t need to wear it that often I chose a cheap one.. but it is so nice! It is thick leather and came with tools to adjust the size if needed and came in a very nice box. And he now wears his jeans that were slightly too big for him with the belt and he wears the belt everyday because he likes it so much. GREAT product. I’m very happy with this purchase.

My husband loves this belt. He loved how you can trim it and alter it as needed. I bought it when we needed a last minute belt. He wore it once, but then my husband is military so he wears a uniform 5-6 days a week. On his off time he wears pajamas because he hates uniforms. He is recruiting now so his boss said they can wear khakis. This is recent. Maybe a month so he started wearing this belt daily. Two weeks in, it breaks so that’s maybe 13 uses. The buckle just snapped off. I took a picture so you can see. It’s a flimsy bar with the middle part on it. No wonder it broke fast. But then I bought an $8 buckle on Amazon to replace the buckle, because my husband loves this leather belt! I had to use my sewing seam ripper to remove that thin bar and replace it with the $8 buckle. Now I have to sew, by hand because I do not own a commercial sewing machine that sews through leather, the buckle area(see picture). But my wonderful husband loves this belt. SMH. I even ordered two more. Belt is made of high-quality materials. My only complaint, is that the holes are too small for the tongue on the buckle. They do send a punch for adjustment, but the punch is also too small for the large tongue. I had to go to my workbench to ream out the hole so the tongue would fit.After posting the above review, the company contacted me and assured me that my complaint was valid and that they have now made adjustments to their product to address this issue. They sent me a free belt for review. For the first time putting the tongue into the hole was a little tight, it went in without my using any tools. After that, it slipped and easily and worked fine. Unless your waist is 40 inches or slightly larger, you will have to cut the belt to fit. They give clear instructions for this, and I had no problem making the adjustment to fit my 37 inch waist. This appears to be a very honest and meticulous company that wants to sell a high-quality product. I commend them for their diligence in making a product that I can recommend. The next time I need a belt, I will order another one from this company.

No laminates or fillers, this is a solid strip of leather, black, not reversible. A tool and instructions are included to shorten the length, but if you go too short, new cinch holes will need to be punched. They are not round, so punch two holes close together, then trim between them. Without the buckle assembly, full length of the leather is 49 inches. The cinch holes are at 39 to 45 inches, seven each at one inch intervals. Width is 1 7/8 inches. An extra screw-and-post to secure the buckle assembly are included in the box. You may want to apply "blue" Loctite to the threads so the screw won't work its way out. A leather loop is included if you need it to secure the loose end, but won't have a fixed location on the belt. Seems to be a high quality product, especially at this price.
