Overpriced, boring design, poor quality...
Obviously I knew what this card looked like before buying but the actual quality of the card is so poor so I have to agree with the other reviews that this looks printed on a standard printer at home. Firstly, this is just ‘thicker’ paper, just enough to stand upright. There is no reason it couldn’t have been printed on to card stock. I’ve run lots of different card stocks and textured papers at different weights and never had a problem with jamming on my regular Canon home printer. I want to be understanding as you’re a small family run business but so many reviews have suggested the same yet quality is still poor. To run a good business, you want customers to keep coming back, but you’re producing cheap one offs so most would never buy from you again. I’m a graphic designer and would be embarrassed to tell someone I produced this. The quality of paper would make a huge difference here, and it’s really not expensive to buy A4 card stock with a nice finish. You could buy 50–100 sheets for under a tenner at Wilkos or even Amazon. Design wise, it’s just copy paste cut out of an image which is then live traced at high fidelity on Illustrator with a crappy font. I also didn’t receive the orange envelope, it was white and also very thin and boring. Just listen to your customers. Overpriced, boring design, poor quality.

Poor quality product
Because this product is made of very poor quality card, it had creased on transit. It looked very cheap and was a bit embarrassing to give but I didn't have time to get an alternative.

Fun design but disappointing quality
I like the concept but unfortunately the quality of the paper isn’t what I’d expect for this price; it’s not very robust and has a matte finish similar to what I’d use for home printing. The card is slightly scuffed and the printed text is off centre. I understand that this is a small family business so I do appreciate the work that has gone into this, but the quality doesn’t reflect the price.

Alright quality, but package came bended
Card arrived bended and wrinkled - so not in mint state. I also think that the paper that they used could have been stronger, so it would hold its shape better. I like the design of the card, great for someone who likes The Office US

Buy this card if you want a coffee machine filter
Ordered this card on behalf of my son for my fiancé. Imagine my surprise when I opened it up to find a coffee filter instead of a card. Mistakes happen. I get that. I just don’t get how a birthday card gets mistaken for a coffee machine filter.
