Love this knife! Has good heft. The blade is slightly off center and the axis lock is a bit stiff, but will loosen up if I don't do it first. Seems like most people's experience--QC is always a little hit or miss. But even the "miss" isn't bad, and nothing I'd even consider deducting a star for. The carbon fiber is smooth but classy. I can't tell if it's a layer over G-10 or solid. Who cares? Big solid blade with a solid grip. Ganzo hits another homer with this! Hope they keep it along after the transition to "Firebird Knives."--seems like some of the knives will be transitioning while others will be jettisoned. This one was definitely worth the price and then some. With minimal effort, it will be swinging with the rest of the good ones. Buy it. You won't regret it! ACE Knife has been nothing but great to deal with!I've bought several Ganzo blades and only ever been disappointed with two--a wood scaled model with thin scales that came cracked and an aluminum sided frame lock that had edges running the length of the lock that felt too sharp for comfortable use. I paid full price--not like the company could really discount these much if they wanted to try and buy favorable reviews. In fact, I'm fairly sure EVERY Ganzo review isa genuine person that laid down their money for these blades. The fact that they've got so many 4.5+ star models from hundreds of reviewers should tell you something. This one I took a chance on--two reviews and one bad one wasn't even reviewing the knife--just his experience. Glad I did. Nothing feels at all cheap with this knife.

I own a Benchmade Griptilion 551 that i paid around 100.00 for, this Ganzo knife os a pretty close copy and for 17.00 is a steal. You can't beat it for the price, nice carbon fibre handles, fit and finish is not bad and blade came razor sharp right out of the box. The access lock is stiffer and the blade isn't perfectly aligned but if you plan on really using your knife this is a nice EDC for the money.

You wont believe this is a $13 knife. 440C+carbon fiber, great finish and quality, shaving sharp out of box. Only draw back is the lock which is a little stiff.

Sent the wrong item the first time, ordered again and the same thing! Both boxes had two different model stickers on them. So if you want the carbon fiber knife in the description, don't order this because your getting an orange one.

Ganzo makes absolutely awesome knives. ery comparable to Benchmade for a small fraction of the price! 440c steel is a fine steel too, always was.

Great knife. I own several Ganzo knives. This is the firebird edition of this model as it has drilled liners for weight reduction. It also has better Axis lock operation out of the box. Could not be happier.

These Ganzos provide a good knife for a small price. I like them enough to have several and rotate through them. I have plenty of higher priced knives and still am reach for one of my Ganzos when I don't want to worry. I think anyone who wants a good product for a good price will be more than satisfied, I am.
