but I don't have the best bowel function
I know this might be TMI, but I don't have the best bowel function...I came across this tea in a store for a buck....so I bought it...it helped so much!! Helped me feel more regular. I don't think you'll have super significant weight loss with this tea, but it will help get your body back in order. I liked it so much I bought some on amazon. I only put a packet of sweet and low in it. Other than that, it was fine. I have tried lemon and pomegranate flavors. Either are a good choice. It was also nice to have a tea in the mornings that doesn't ruin your breath...good tasting! I'd recommend this product to anyone who is starting their weight loss kick.

Dr. Lees clean out tea
This tea definitely helps with cleaning you out. You may feel so.e cramping but it gets rid of alot og poop a.d gas. Suggest trying on a weekend.

Wow! This is truly a fast-working laxative! I didn't realize this initially. The first time I tried it, I had one cup of tea with each of my 3 meals. Whoa! My bathroom was my best friend that day! The next time I used it, I only had one cup, which started working after 4 hours. It was all that was needed. It works faster than Immodium, which dissolves under the tongue. This tea is ideal for those with constipation issues, or if you've overindulged and need a clean out to feel more comfortable.

Does a great job. I add lemon to mask the taste but it works like a laxative.

Bloated or need to get the gut moving? This stuff works - you will want to be near a toilet for the next 24hrs. Seriously, plan your next day around the bathroom. Not great tasting, but not bad, kinda like green tea.

This product really works but if your having them you need a day that you can stay in that day because you need to be near the toilet but they flush you out an you feel lighter but I would recommend having them everyday I would say 2 a week
