This duvet set is overall fairly good. I noticed a ton of loose threads when I opened the packaging. One of the Duvet ties had fringed, and someone tied a knot in it and proceeded to sell the item. Probably a worker in the factory. Everything else was packaged appropriately, however, I believe I am going to buy the comforter set also, because the bed skirt is not the striped cotton I was expecting, but rather blue polyester. Note-All of the blue components are very cheap-polyester. The reds (including duvet cover) are cotton. And you can tell by feel-not by sight in pictures. And you can tell when you get your package. Someone advised me the blue color was like denim...it is not at all. It is a dark blue-almost navy but a tiny bit darker. I am not completely unhappy with this set but I need to buy a back-up comforter to make this an actual entire set of that makes sense. Also, the buttons on the duvet seem flimsy, with loose threads everywhere. I am afraid to wash it. It works with my bed, and for that I am very happy! The set was less 5 stars because of the Duvet tie being fringed, the polyester blue pieces, and the massive wrinkles in the bed skirt. Also...please note that if your mattress is 12 inch or lager, with box springs, you will want to consider buying a king. The space shown in the advertisement photos does not capture the true size. Mine JUST fits my Queen 12” mattress set with box springs. Had I known, I would have purchased a king. The small striped pillow has major wrinkles that look as if they were ironed in place by the manufacturer. I may be able to fix with an iron at home. Overall I love the design, and I love the red color used in this set. Everything else I will need to mend/address personally. I would like to address the review that states “Hotel Quality”. This set is nowhere near hotel quality. It looks nice, however, every hotel I have ever stayed in has nice thick duvets and covers that are cotton. These reviews are meant to give other consumers the facts about items, not to mislead. I wish it was hotel quality! I get my comforter tomorrow-I am looking forward to seeing if the blue set is any better-and actually how the comforter is vs. the duvet cover.

This duvet cover is SO GORGEOUS. I was so in love with the picture and my bed looks EXACTLY like the picture!! I feel it makes the room look airy and romantic. It is durable as well. We had a couple of messes on it and have already had to wash it TWICE and it's holding together wonderfully. Not a single loose thread! I love this comforter. It took me some courage to purchase it, since it's just a cover with some throw pillows and shams, but it is worth every single penny. Thanks for a fabulous bed spread!

First and formost, I love the design, it fits my room perfectly and it was relitively easy putting the duvet cover on.I didnt give this a five star because while putting on the bedskirt, it ripped. I hardly applied force and it didnt rip at the seam but rather where the cotton padding is. Luckily the bed goes over the padding and it doesn't show the rip at all. There is loose threads all over the duvet cover that I had to tie off and snip the access off. I feel like with the price, this could have been better made.Overall, through a few adjustments, its a great looking set.

My full/queen down comforter fits perfectly inside the duvet. The pillows are nice and so are the shams. Could use some ironing. For the price this can't be beat. Good quality for the money, not too thin and does not feel or look cheap. My furniture is cherry Williamsburg style and this fits that theme well. The only con and it's not a major one: the duvet has buttons instead of a zipper which would be nicer. All in all a good buy and very pretty.

Just as beautiful in person as in the picture. I am IN LOVE! The quality is amazing. I bought it for a guest room and am real happy with my decision to buy this set. The colors are exact as in the picture.

I bought this duvet cover set 9 months ago and we use it on our main bed. We really like it a lot. I think that the colors are true to the photo. The duvet cover feels very soft and comfortable. It does feel luxurious, like sleeping in a nice hotel. I love that you can remove the duvet cover and wash it, much easier than washing a bulky comforter. The first time I washed it I noticed some loose threads and I don't know if that is a quality issue or just normal for the first time. After that I started turning the cover inside out when washing it and I haven't seen any other loose threads since. I think turning it inside out during washing has helped protect the ruffles too. It still looks practically new after 9 months and we use it every day. The corner ties are really nice because they allow you to tie the corners to your duvet to hold it in place so that it doesn't slide around inside the cover. I would buy it again without hesitation.It comes with 3 decorative pillows, 2 euro pillow covers, 2 pillow shams, and 1 duvet cover. You will need to buy the euro pillows, the standard pillows, and the duvet insert separately.

Just received it. Love the color and patterns but do not like the thin fabric. It makes me concerned that it may rip in the wash or wear down quickly. But the decorative pillows are sooo cute! The pattern and the lace and everything is adorable. I bought primary for the duvet but the fabric is thin and you can see through the fabric so I'll need to use another liner underneath this duvet. If only the fabric was thicker. The duvet closure are buttons, would prefer zipper. Color is nice. It matches my other turquoise/teal colored items exactly. The color of the fabric looks like the photo for me. Maybe the lighting in the room makes an impact. The filling for the decorative fabric is polyester. Overall, it's good enough. Will keep unless it rips in the wash since I love the pattern that much.1 missing tie inside the duvet.Duvet closure are buttons. Pillow cases do not have any closing. Wish it had zipper closing.For my queen bed, after wash, the duvet cover is a little short from top to foot of the bed.

I have not used this bedset yet,keeping it for my new granny flat,what I have seen of it looks fantastic,the amount you receive for your money is outstanding,quality seems good,and set is just beautiful

I'm really pleased with this set. Be prepared to iron for a couple hours. FYI Don't iron the bed skirt material that goes under mattress...it will melt. Found out when I accidentally touched it with the iron. My opinion, colors are more green than blue. Seafoam green and the blue is a pale navy/gray? The lace is a a bit darker beige than i would prefer...Colors are lighter than shown on website but works with my "seasalt" color walls.Good value for a 9 piece set.

I save for months as a blind student to pick up this merchandise and when I got it was horrible and the quality looks like it came from a dollar store.

This is a fantastic buy. Well worth the money!! Looks gorgeously shabby chic. Does wrinkle a bit but it is cotton....There isn't a duvet in the cover as it's still summer but when I put one in, it'll look even better!!

Love this duvet cover set. It is exactly as pictured and looks very nice. There are ties to keep the duvet from bunching up.
