So I gave it a go. Tried it as soon as it came. It didn't do much and fell off on its own during the night. I tried again during the day, and only one of the spots I tried seemed to be affected by it and not much. I have tried another time on several spots and this time they did stick and stayed but the spots hadn't changed and one got worse.
