**Q: How do you customize this?**
A: Put your own pictures. Spell out whatever you want. Seems obvious

**Q: Can you put an 8×10 picture where the letterboard is?**
A: The letter board is basically a piece of cardboard. There is no glass on that slot, so unless you had one to fit, I would say no. However, it does secure from the back the same way the photos do.

**Q: How do I get the letters? Mine didn't come with any and I had to print the saying as it was a gift.**
A: I received the letters, you should contact the seller.

**Q: What size pictures are the rest besides the top and bottom ones?**
