I'm not satisfied with it
It's not good, it loosing quickly. I bought it to protect and warm up my kidneys. And to reduce my limbs and kidneys pains.

TIGHT!!
I saw the word ‘cashmere’ and thought ‘soft/supportive’ - bliss... sadly no it’s really well made and solid. If you’re thinking of purchasing and suffer with any stomach issues I would suggest buying a size bigger to give a little more flexibility as it really does ‘hold you in’ - it does the job for supporting an ailing back but my elderly father found it too uncomfortable for prolonged use.

Restituita perché assolutamente inutile
Il materiale è freddo quindi se si suda è controproducente perché la schiena si ghiaccia e fa più male. Poi è larga e non regolabile quindi proprio inutile.
