I was soooo surprised how sharp it is.. I took it out the package and then first washed it with a sponge and soap but ended up cutting almost through my sponge by accident with minimal effort..Cut my 3kg rib eye with ease. Thought to myself I would have to be careful with my fingersAs how long it will stay sharp I'm not sure but so far so good

Great knife, very sharp, haven't owned it for long enough to comment on how quickly it dulls. The first thing I did was wipe it to clean any residue off it, the blade cut through the kitchen towel I was using and cut into my skin effortlessly. This was when I knew I had made a good purchase.

For this price it is an excellent knife, sharp as f... so watch your fingers, the handle is plastic but does the job.

Cuts through large pieces of semi frozen meat easily.

This is a really good product it's got a cheap plastic handle but other than that it shoppers anything so nice weighted blade and for the price you can't really beat it
