Expensive, but quality I am familiar with.
Arrived in excellent condition. It was marked perishable on the box and also the chocolate was wrapped inside 2 insulated bags with 4 small ice blocks. I will add that the shipper should put the bag of white chocolate inside its own bag before packing on ice. The print on the bag was coming off due to the dampness of the ice packs. But that’s minor. It’s good that the tempering and application instructions on the sides were not affected. I used this brand of chocolate while in culinary school over 20 years ago and loved its quality and working with it. I knew what to expect even though I haven’t purchased it for myself prior to now.

the best white chocolate. I TRULY appreciate how carefully packed the item was, especially in this scorching summer heat. they double wrapped it in foil bubble padded envelopes with plenty of ice packs. absolutely zero melting. all of my chips were in tact and fresh. if they keep that up, i would definitely buy again with no hesitation.

My favorite white chocolate. I made alot of chocolate flowers and this is the best white chocolate for me. Easy to melt and taste yummy 😋

The product itself always was and is great, nothing to add. As I was worrying , I was pleasantly surprised by great condition this product had arrived, considering almost 100F outside. It was perfectly packed, padded, had packs of ice in it, which I appreciate a lot

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company should be banned from selling on Amazon. The white chocolate chips arrived totally unusable because they were melted. I didn't want a refund but a replacement. This 5lb bag of white chocolate chips costs $80. The seller would neither send a replacement nor refund me. They are ripping people off and should be banned from selling until they figure out a way to ship their chocolate products properly. If they cannot guarantee that their product will arrive in usable condition, they should not be selling it. THEY ARE RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF
