This chocolate is as Belgian as can be, since it's mainly made with milk from cows grazing on Belgian pastures and sugar from locally grown sugar beets. It has a delightful taste with pronounced milk, cream, caramel and vanilla notes that are in perfect balance.

**Q: What is the Expiration date please? Thanks**
A: We bought a 2 lb package in early April and the expiration date was Jan 3, 2023. Probably the bigger problem is shipping the chocolate in hotter months.

**Q: How big is one disc (in mm or inches)?**
A: We buy chunks that are about the right size for cookies.

**Q: Is this cosher?**
A: According to all I've read, it is. Also look at the bag scans on front and back. It should say right on it. Click on the bag picture's then scan them to see the declarations

**Q: Has anyone actually ever gotten product delivered from Ted trade? Two orders but they have not shipped them out in weeks**
A: Back in May if last year I ordered from them. It was the fastest delivery and it came in an insulated package so it wouldn’t melt.
