It definitely helps me drink water. Idk if it’s doing anything but def helps with taste. I don’t think any sugar is added. Wish the bottle was a little bigger.. I think it’s easier to use then ppwder

Berry Blast is one of my favorite MiO Sport flavors. It mixes instantly, tastes great, and makes it easy to stay hydrated throughout the day or after a workout. The added electrolytes are a nice bonus, and the convenient bottle is perfect to take anywhere. Highly recommend!

I am a huge water drinker, so I just love water. But if you're not, and you want to start drinking more water, then give this a try. It is sugar free, adds some light sweet berry flavoring, and throws some additional electrolytes in there too! For those of you who enjoy some stiff drinks, then this also would be worth the try. I will give this a squeeze into my vodka soda, and it is a gamechanger. Perfect for a summer day out on the water! I absolutely love this Mio flavor in particular and recommend for all of your water or spicy water needs.

Lovely & suttle
I use these a lot as I'm a diabetic and I'm trying to cut back on diet sodas I got this one because I was curious so this was a impulse buy it's good but it's faint and I'm not one to put more than you're supposed to in a glass cuz then it tastes too sweet but this is very faint if you like it with just a touch of flavor this I would recommend to you I like it don't get me wrong it's just not my favorite one
