DONREN Emerald Green Blackout Thermal Insulating Window Curtain Drapes for Living Room with Rod Pocket (42 W X 72 L,2 Panels)

I bought these for a room I rebuilt and painted. I wanted some inexpensive blackout curtains because this room gets direct sun in the evening. I was expecting heavy, coarse fabric that sufficed. What I recieved were soft, supple, wrinkle free curtains that felt good to the touch. As soon as I hung them on the rod they draped nicely with only the dust I dropped them into. I slapped at the dust in frustration, thinking I was going to need the vaccuum. Nope. The curtains shunned the dust like a brutal friendzone. I was a bit shocked at my luck, to be honest. One last thing, they block the light pleasantly and almost seem to snuggle each other when I pulled them to the center to close the gap at the center rod support over the window.

I was surprised how "velvety/silky" soft the fabric was. I was expecting something more "stiff."I very much like these curtains. They are thick enough that they hang well and block light out pretty nicely. They aren't 100% at blocking light, but they definitely will let you sleep in a little later and won't corrupt "movie" time. 🤣My room is in the sun from the time it comes up to the time it sets. I do not have AC. There are days I could cook an egg on my bedroom wall they get SO HOT - if it weren't so dang messy. 🤣 So, with that being said, while I do not expect a miracle from any curtain, no matter the cost, I can say that the really hot days don't seem AS hot now that I've installed these.I absolutely loved that they offered so many color choices. Curtains were true to size as advertised. I only wished they offered a burnt orange color to match my bedspread. I had to settle for olive green, which means having to change my bedding color scheme. Ughhhhh. I also wished they offered shorter (like 45 width but only 35 length). Older homes have those high wide but short bedroom windows (they're like 65x30). Maybe one day? Le Sigh.Anyhow, this is probably as much as I can say about a curtain. If my review helped, please let me know. Well made, the price was great. They will not block all the light but I have shades on my windows bc most pretty curtains don't. They do not have that plastic sticky nasty stuff on the back which is important to me. They are soft and thick and hang well. The blue is such a soft pretty blue that goes perfect with my black and white buffalo check decor. Love love love these curtains! Will buy again.

I love these curtains. The blue color is gorgeous. Just the right shade of blue for my room. They hang beautifully and you cannot see through them. I purchased them for our dining room which is our Civil War era museum. They go beautifully with all the decor we have in there. I purchased the white rope tiebacks from Amazon to go with the curtains.

Very pleased with this purchase! The curtains are actually very light weight, but also very effective at blocking light (I'm not really sure how it does that so well). It's a nice green....I think it qualifies as hunter green, but I wish they were just a shade darker (slightly closer to forest green), to match the vinyl blinds that I have underneath. They're a good deal cost-wise, as far as I can tell (I don't buy this kind of thing often), but I wish they had included some matching tie backs in the package. (I ended up crocheting some in a complementary color that matches my quilt.)

These curtains were perfect for my daughters room. The size and color were spot on to what I was needing and expecting. They are also very room darkening which is huge for them. For a great price, the fabric feels high quality and with just a few minutes in the dryer after being packaged all the wrinkles came out perfectly. My girls room is so much more private now!

These curtains are very thick. I was worried because I chose gold because the new place we moved into has a horrid colored carpet that was hard to match. I can tell a significant temperature difference in the room where I put these curtains and definitely a difference in light! I will be ordering these again for the other rooms! Well made and very pretty! I also got the Amazon blackout curtain rods which we love!

These are not "blackout curtains." The pic shows them (sideways) with direct 94° sun. The glow a little in a lovely aqua. I am replacing true blackout curtains in.my livingroom. I work nights, but I only want blackout curtains in my bedroom. These brighten things up, but they block enough light to keep them from reflecting off the flat screen. My room looks happy with my curtains matching the seafoam Good Housekeeping fan and "Nostalgia" aqua coffeemaker. The look smooth and inviting. Tge pic is taken of curtains hung directly from the box. A little ironing is recommended.

Very very cheap quality. Image doesn't match the colour of the product. It is not the rich green colour they are a cheap green colour. Not as described and wants me to return to USA.. dont buy..

Extremely thin, and hang very badly. Cheap and nasty. Don't waste your hard earned money.

Good value for the price. It's dark enough in the room but the length is a bit shorter than it should (1" or 2). The green color is like the picture.
