 These lights are really terrific. I ordered the warm white with the dimmer and couldn't be more pleased. The LEDs themselves are tiny (about half a grain of rice) and the wire is very thin and silvery. I recommend the dimmer as it not only dims to 7 preset levels, but also has a few strobe/flicker modes where you can adjust the rate if you like. The dimmer plugs inline between the lights and the power supply, so it's simple enough to remove if you want the full brightness without any effects. The color temperature is probably between 2700K and 3000K which is perfect for my use (Christmas wreath). The LEDs are so small that I doubt anyone will see anything other that the tiny (but bright) specks of light. The included power supply is a 12VDC @ 1000mA.

I really like these lights. I like that there is a dimmer, I only keep it on the dim setting. I love that when you sure them off and back on your don't have to reset to where you wanted them. I was disappointed that it was shiny more like silver then copper but it worked out great regardless. I redid my tree 4 time before getting them the way I liked (not an issue with the lights). I think installing them on a tree would be a pain in the butt but worth it. They do tangle easy so I found it easies to unroll the whole string getting all the tight twists out before even attempting to hang them. I was disappointed that I could not get the twinkle look I wanted and not sure who thought such a fast strobe idea was good. Overall I am pretty happy with them for the price and would buy more. I do just love the thin wire, hardly see it which is great since I decorated a wood ladder and hung ornaments on the wire, they look like they are floating.

Got the warm white with the dimmer. Happy with the quality of everything. 3 stars because I would not call it "warm white." It's a very cool white. More blue than yellow. They're LEDs so it might be the nature of the beast.

The inset photo for this product makes it appear a very warm, yellowish light, but the actual string is whiter and fairly bright although the included dimmer makes it possible to select different modes which are not as bright. I was expecting small flecks of light but the entire string when turned on is bright enough to illuminate a small room. My teenage daughter fell in love with them immediately and I ordered a couple more strings to use as ambient lighting in her bedroom rather than a traditional floor standing lamp. I don't see any provision for ganging them together, and have only had them a few hours. Next up: measure the current draw in the string and see what the included a/c adapter can handle and see if I can run a couple strings in parallel off the same adapter! This would also facilitate easy on/off. Great product.

CONS - I love these lights, however I don't understand why they keep using the term copper when the wire is clearly NOT COPPER COLORED. I get that the actual wire may be copper, but the color is SILVER. I have two sets of these and they are both silver colored.They are a little fussy to uncoil since you need to make sure it doesn't kink as you straighten it out but totally worth itPROS - The cord between the end of the last night and the plug is nicely long - no unsightly extension cords needed to get it from my mantle to the electrical outlet. The integrated dimmer works fine, although I prefer them at the brightest setting. They are beautiful and the color is spot on to a nice warm white without being too yellow.I still love them - I would have given them 5 stars if they had actually been copper colored.

I got these for ambience in my bedroom. Nice as a night light... sort of. They are bright and come in a long thin string. The lights look like little bubbles of light. The switch is on the wire and provides different blinking and brightness for whatever mood you have. My daughter and I put them above my bed in a funky design and then hung sheer curtains in front of them from the ceiling. Looks really cool! The lights never get hot either so I feel safe with the assembly that I have. I really like them!

I've had these lights hanging up in my room for a year now and I LOVE them! They are exactly what I was looking for, and nothing like christmas lights with bulky cords and ugly bulbs. When they're not on, they're very discreet so they don't look tacky hanging up. I also love that they come with settings to change the blink pattern, speed, and brightness - for the price that's wayyyy more than I was expecting!Now that I'm packing to leave for college, these lights were the first thing on my list when it came to what I would be bringing to decorate my dorm!
