honestly was worried but works better then expected and totally shuts the bag once it’s heat up

So I bought this item to seal t-sac tea bags. I buy loose tea leaves in bulk and prepare a fresh tea bag whenever I'm wanting a cup of tea, so this sealer works perfectly on this individual basis for me. The plastic shell gets very hot at the end where the heating element is installed, but the handle end stays cool enough so it's not a problem, but beware when picking up device and don't grab the wrong end! Also if you intend to seal bags any wider than 2.5 inches the job will require multiple presses. The unit comes in a transparent plastic case with clasps and can be used to store the unit and cord. Unfortunately my case arrived cracked and with dried sticker glue all over the top so I trashed it. However it's so easy to wrap the cord around the unit and tuck it away in a kitchen drawer that I don't miss the case.

I absolutely love this little gadget. I was getting so tired of not having enough chip bag clips or anything to close my bags, and for the content of the bags going stale. Now all my chips stay fresh even when my kids have moved on to their new favorite chips. I also use it for stuff I store in the freezer like the nuggets bags, pizza roll bags just about everything. It heats up quickly, stores away easily because it’s small and it’s just overall a great product.

I purchased this to seal my dog food bag after opening it to take out just enough to keep fresh in my Vittles Vault container. Unfortunately this was 100% not effective on the purina food bag. I did test it on snack wrappers and chip bags and it works fine. It is easy to use, gets hot enough in under a minute, but I'm very disappointed it won't work for the main purpose I bought it for. It creates a nice seal on the bags it works on, it is easy to burn yourself though, it gets very hot obviously and the heating element surface is very close to the edge. It doesn't sit well because of the cord but it didn't burn my counter or shelf laying on it's side heated. It takes a while to cool down. The case is flimsy but nice to have. This is not like the euro-sealer or similar devices, it doesn't slide across to seal, it's more like a hair curling iron/crimper. If your bag is thick or has crinkles/folds, you have to hold it a long time (to the point where you can see/smell the plastic burning). Odor isn't pleasant but seals are strong. For large bags I use it on both ends, then at a slightly downward angle for everything in the middle. I really liked the original eurosealer from like 20 years ago, but this will have to do for now.

As an independent Avon ambassador, this mini bag sealer is amazing and affordable —it makes my samples look neat and professional. I loved it so much I bought a second one to keep on hand. Highly recommend!

Did not work for me at all…I let it heat up, it got warm but would not seal a chip bag, a pretzel bag, a cookie bag, bag of frozen peas…not even a little bit of a seal! I’ve had a few other versions of this type of thing and they will not seal all the way so you need to do it a few times to get a full seal. This one I got because it plugs in and I thought that would be better than the battery or USB ones I have. I was very wrong.
