Is this a full tang ?

No, the handle is separate the blade goes into the handle and is spot welded in place, this is a cheap Chinese copy to what used to be a solid American knife making copy

What country is this knif made at

New ones made in China the old ones or original ones where made in Taiwan. Pictures show it written on the blade what country they are made in.

Is the upper front edge of the blade sharpened?

No... only the bottom of the tang is sharp. You can always sharpen it , if that's what you want. Hope this helps. Regards, Bob.
