GREAT QUALITY AT A GREAT PRICE
1. The tape is easy to dispense and trim. 2. It is thick enough so that it will not split, wrinkle or tear. 3. It adheres well to most all surfaces. 4. It is difficult to find tape of this quality locally, so it is good to have a source for it. 5. The price is very economical, costing less than the inferior quality packaging tape sold locally.

It’s manufactured quality, heavy duty and it is. It’s really interesting.
You know this is strong and it is quiet which is really nice and thick, I kinda wish it was stickier at contact but thick heavy duty and I always check to make sure it is stuck properly but it’s good. I double check.

Doesn't secure confidence
Meh. Cellophane thin, only somewhat sticky... Definitely NOT the Scotch packing tape I remember. I've had heavier, stickier off-brand packing tape recently. I thought Scotch might be an improvement. Wrong. Peels up at ends. Tape-to-box adhesure is iffy, have to apply tape-to-tape, box wrap-around, which uses much more tape to secure seams and closures. Bottom line: it works, but so does white paint on a black wall if you use enough of it.

Finally a Packing Tape That Starts Smoothly Every Time
I’ve gone through my share of packaging tapes and this is the first one that actually lives up to its name. The “Sure Start” feature really works. The roll unspools quietly and smoothly without that awful tearing sound or the constant hunt for the edge. No more mangled tape, no more wasted strips. It’s also impressively strong. I’ve used it for shipping boxes, sealing heavy storage bins, and even reinforcing moving boxes, and it stays put without peeling or splitting. The 54.6-yard roll lasts a long time, which makes it a great value compared to cheaper tapes that run out quickly. If you’re tired of fighting with packaging tape or re-sealing boxes because the tape lost its grip, this is absolutely worth the few extra cents. It’s one of those “small upgrade” products that makes a big difference every time you use it. Great size, minimal smell, and works well with the sealability.

Worth it
Excellent quality, pulls apart easily without making that awful noise that other brands of tape make, and delivered quickly! Highly recommend this, especially for any packing or shipping needs.

As a very frugal person, I pay extra for this tape because it's so good
As one of the most frugal people I know, I don't pay premium prices for things unless they are absolutely worth it. Scotch packing tape is 100% worth the extra cost compared to cheaper tape which I have tried multiple times across multiple brands. It's not worth my frustration when the cheaper tape tears and gets tangled in itself. This tape also doesn't make the crazy noise coming off the dispenser like other tapes. Highly recommend.
