Are these really non-stick pads. It does not say that anywhere on the packaging?

They are non-stick as they never did stick for me. They came off really well.

Does this stick, like a band-aid, or is it just a pad that you would need to tape on?

Hi, it is just a gauze pad with no adhesive whatsoever. You will need to use rolled gauze to wrap around the dressing and affix with the adhesive tape of your choice.

These pads shown in pic, look like a fabric other than COTTON...Which actually BREATHES, WHAT are these made of?
