Great for older dogs!
We’ve used this paw with a few different larger dogs and it has been a life saver! One of our past dogs could get anxious and this was great for calming him and getting out a little energy in a relatively quiet way. Our current dog is older and has bad teeth, and the paw is an awesome option to engage and wear her out a little. It’s also a great option for dogs who are injured or have limited mobility. We’ve only used (dog safe) peanut butter and we don’t fill it nearly as much as others seem to, but it still takes at least 10-15 minutes for a dog to finish it.From a quality standpoint, it is solid. The suction cups are durable — the paw stays stuck to our glass door throughout hundreds of licks and until we’re ready to peel it off.

My dog loves it!
I recently bought this when I had to apply medicated soap to my dog's paws. I spread peanut butter on this, and that kept her busy for the 5 minutes each day that the soap had to stay on. When she figured out that she got this treat with each "paw spa", she trotted right in to the shower. That has NEVER happened before, so my jaw almost hit the floor! I was so impressed with this product that I bought one for my brother, whose dog can't stand baths. Note: it doesn't stick on tile if there is any soap scum on it. (I found this out the hard way.)

Works great for bath time
Does exactly what it says it will do. I took off one star because my dog easily chewed through it - this is partly my fault as I left it in his kennel for too long and unsupervised. If your pup is a serious chewer do not leave them unsupervised. It stuck well to the shower tile and stayed in place during bath time.

Total game changer for bath time
I’m completely amazed how such a simple product can make my life so much easier! I tried it out for the first time tonight on my dog who is terrified of baths. While I can’t say she enjoyed this bath, she tolerated it 20x more than she ever has. She normally cowers away or sits down and makes it hard to get her fully clean, but today she stood still for at least 20 minutes while I washed, rinsed, brushed, and towel dried her. I’m always prepared to get soaked when bathing her, but today I didn’t get wet at all. The suction held really well even though she would sometimes bite at the corners. It’s on the harder side to clean, but that’s why it kept her busy for so long. I was able to get all the peanut butter out with my kitchen sink sprayer. One warning for anyone planning on using peanut butter: several companies have started using an artificial sweetened called xylitol, which is very toxic to dogs. Check the ingredients before feeding it to your dogs!

Great product, but hard to clean
Decided to give this a try to help make bath time a little more fun and it worked for two seconds lol. Not worth all the work it took cause this thing was so hard to clean! Great idea, but not so great after the fact. Overall, the suction was great and it did what it was supposed to. It just didn’t work for us.

Works great, if you have a dog you need this
Purchased to be able to distract my dog during bath time. Worked like a charm! She was very confused because she didn't like the bath but loved the peanut butter conveniently on the wall at face height. So she let me give her a bath!To the person who gave this to their dog unattended ... duh the dog ate it. That's not what this is for. Get Kongs for that! Perhaps the extra strength ones since your dog likes to chew things up.My only gripe is there is still peanut butter in the edges because no matter how much I soaked and scrubbed with a scrub brush, I couldn't get it all out, and my dog lost interest after a while and didn't finish the job herself. That said, it's a small issue and I'm not too worried about it.Can this go in the dishwasher? Because that would probably solve that problem.I'm impressed with the quality and expect this will last a long time (as long as it's not left with an unattended dog).

Game changer!
We have an 18 week old puppy who isn't super fond of baths. We bathe him in the utility sink. I found some inexpensive peanut butter at Walmart (Crazy Richards) that is only peanuts- no salt or sugar. I dab a bit of water on the suction cups and stick it to the wall of the sink and then smear a little peanut butter over the entire licky mat so that it takes him longer to get to it all. We have just enough time to get him lathered up and rinsed off, but it sure beats the struggle we had before. I wash his face last, since that is what he dislikes most. I am so glad we found this mat. Set it where you want it (or on a paper towel) before you put anything on it, because the suction cups are very strong.

This product will make your pup want to take a bath (crazy I know)
I purchased this to try and make bath time a pleasurable experience for my 6 month old pup. I smeared peanut butter on this bad boy and popped it in the freezer. When it was bath time, I slapped it on the shower wall and went to town (washing her). First things first, the suction is out of this world. Secondly, she didn't even realize I was giving her a bath! After her bath, she was begging for more! more peanut butter that is. She loved it so much she had withdrawals the following days after, (kidding but not really) she would sit by the bathroom door waiting for me to give her another bath, in memory of the peanut butter treat.Growing up with dogs, it was soooo hard trying to bathe my parents dogs. They knew it was coming when I pulled out the towels and soap, and would run away as if we were going to the vet or something. So I knew things were going to be different when I had a pup of my own. I wanted it to be an experience she enjoyed. Treats/peanut butter/anything she can eat, would make it just that!
