Initially I purchased 2 boxes. One of the boxes was packaged a little differently and the coaster would not hold a charge. I thought I had been shipped someone's return in error. The Seller saw my review and quickly shipped me out a new pair. I'm so impressed by the overall customer service and these coasters are so fun. We have 5 dogs so anything cute with paw prints is a must. And when our friends get into our cars, they think its the coolest thing to see how they light up. I absolutely love them and can't wait to see if they come out with more designs to give as gifts. Thank you Iris for your special attention and for resolving the issue quickly. Not everyone goes out of their way to fix a problem. I am one happy customer!!!!!

by the time i wanted to return it was too late. the charge does not last long at all and the light isn't that impressive.Update: After reading my review they got in touch with me and gave a refund. Their customer service is very good.

So if you are looking into this product it is probably because you are in your vehicle at night and are tired of missing the cup holder when trying to set drinks down. This is about the same reason why I got mine. I also got it because I am a dog lover and thought the par prints were cute. My true and only problem is that the lights aren't that bright and I'm not talking about with a cup covering it I am talking about both covering and it not being covered. Yes, you can change the color to whatever color you like and personally I love purple and blue. Well, that won't work in my dark car so I tried the red, the yellow and green and even though yellow is the brightest it still barely gives enough light to be worth the money spent. I also want to put in here that I do have issues seeing at night so if you really don't have this problem then maybe this will work great but if you have even the slightest problem at night you'd do better to get something else that would be able to go around your cup holder as a light source.

I absolutely am IN LOVE with these coasters! I charged them for about a half hour and they lasted a whole week. Getting the rhythm down on which setting I wanted took a few minutes, but after that it was super easy. I constantly get compliments from everyone that rides in my car on how cute these are. The only con I have is that they are tricky to remove because they don’t have a place to slide your finger on the side. I just use my finger nail and lift it up and grab it.

When I got these and I was so excited because they’re very cute. I immediately charged both of them, but was totally disappointed that only one of them works. One of them works great and maintains the charge. The other one looks like it’s charging because the light comes on but then when you unplug it it won’t turn on. I would not recommend these. Sad.

They arrived fast and were easy to charge but only one worked . When I tried to call company I got no where. It’s tempted to order another to see if both would work

I love my paw lighted cup holder mats. When you sit a drink down it lights up. You can pick your color or have then switching between all the colors. Only complaint is they are kind of hard to remove from the cup holder (because it is such a great fit) to charge them up again.

These are so fun! Has different settings for many options so you can set it to what you like best. I decided to put them on my kitchen wall under the cabinets. At night any movement to the counter top sets them off and I have a colorful display to watch for a few moments.
