I love these diaper covers. The snaps are good but I tend to like the Velcro a bit better because it's faster.My diapering system works really well.(Had to use a CPR doll because my baby was asleep... This doll is smallish so don't think the diapers are huge)First I got about 3 dozen Osocozy prefolds diapers and a pack of snappis. Then I got this pack of cloth diaper covers. The last thing I bought was some extra bamboo inserts.This system can seem bulky compared to disposable but it is very effective and I don't even notice the bulk anymore.Make sure the cloth diaper is completely incased in the cover or leakage will occur. No bits of cloth should stick out.The reason I wrote this review is because I saw so many reviews about how thirsties covers leak and that is not true. I would suggest getting prefolds and not using the "inserts" that some people tend to use. I know parents who used them and they complained about "pooling of urine". Of coarse there would be "pooling" since the inserts do not add enough cloth to catch all the urine! They were using the inserts to avoid the look of a bulky diaper. There is no avoiding this look when using cloth diapers so get used to it. The inserts are good as a back up at night. I put them over the prefolds to add about two hours.These covers last for about 5 wet diapers. Less if there's been a poop!If the diaper gets really wet, usually after long periods in between changing, the white ribbon bits that line the edges can get wet and cause leakage. You can avoid this by changing baby's diaper after three to four hours.Once this white ribbon piece gets wet, it means it's time to change out the cover completely.Hope this helps!

I started cloth diapering when my second child was about six months old and i wish i had done it sooner. My main motivation was to save money so I tried to be as frugal as possible when setting up my stash. I used two packs of Thirsties Covers, 24 flour sack towels, and some liners cut from fleece that i had at home. That is enough to allow me to wash diapers every other day. This system has worked out great. I could not be any more happy with the quality of this product. The price was great (far far less than many other brands that i found) and they have performed exceptionally well. I have been cloth diapering daily for about 8 months now and have not had one single leak. They still look close to brand new after every wash! The only sign of wear is some slight discoloration on the inner gusset, which can not be seen when the baby is wearing the cover, and is not even really noticeable when he is not. Don't be tricked into thinking that you have to spend hundreds of dollars on a cloth diaper stash! These are cost effective, functional, and adorable. I will recommend these to all of cloth diapering mommy friends!

We have been using prefolds with thirsties covers since our twins were born and love them. I know quite a few cloth diapering mamas who have complained about leaks, but these covers have always kept things contained. We even use them over disposable diapers when we are traveling and when the disposable leaks, the thirsties do not.About a week ago, one of the snaps broke off a little over a year since we purchased them so we were just outside of the warranty window. Evenso, I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement snap and instead they are sending me a new cover! Even better is that they will use my old cover and repair and donate it to some other mama who can use it. Such a refreshing contrast to the other companies I have contacted since my twins were born with requests for replacement parts or pieces. Most companies just want you to toss a perfectly good item and buy something new...from them!As a twin mom, I try to make very conscious decisions about buying things that I think will hold up over time. This means not only buying well-made products, but buying from companies that care, are responsive, and have good customer service like thirsties.In summary:- no leaks- stylish covers- durable- made in the USA- promotes repair&recycle over throwing away- great customer service

These work great. We've only had one diaper explosion that actually made it outside the cover. The only downside for me is that you're only going to get the full weight range of the sizing if you're using their inserts. I'm using prefolds me my little guy is only 3 months and will be grown out of size 1 VERY soon. The inserts are just too expensive though; one of the big reasons I did cloth was to save money.

These diaper covers and the osocozy diapers work perfectly together. They are the only brand that I have tried and I am a first-time cloth diaper using mom.

Returned because I have some already wasn't sure if I'd need more... So far the few I have are great. I like the Velcro vrs buttons... Easier and quicker to change baby and better fit.. can see it wearing faster r/t washing ... Cloth diapers are the way to go! You save tons of money! And very convenient to not have to run to the store for more diapers

I wish I had bought these at first! Top quality diapers nd they are huuuuge. My baby was born with almost 10 pounds and now he is 8 months old and I still had to adjust the height which means I'll be able to use these for a long time. They're very trim, the elastic doesn't hurt my baby like other brands do and the designs are out of this world cute. I will get another set and use ONLY Thirsties from now on.

They work really well. We've been using them for two or three full years now and had no problems. However, be sure to follow the manufacturer's advice and not put them in the dryer. I had to order more because that happened.

These diaper covers contain all messes, we have had zero "blow outs" since using these as compared to disposable (of many different brands) which leak regularly. You will notice pressure leaks which is expected for this type of material (ie some wetness at the front when my son sleeps on his belly) but otherwise a great product. And cute prints. Adjustable snaps have been great for getting a perfect fit and keep his curious hands from undoing the diaper.

Just as happy with these as I was with size one! We have started using these with our 5 month old when we run out of smaller covers, and because our prefolds are so thick (especially when doubled overnight) they work now even though he is pretty small still! Very adjustable, I am sure they will fit him until he is toilet trained. Only tip - don't expect the white, outside trim to stay white, it will stain (but mainly on the inner leg gusset, so not visible)

We have a number of covers, but these are by far are our favourites. They def have helped hold in our son's blowouts, and if changed at the right time, they hold up for leaks. They're also easy to clean, and so far we have not experienced any staining on the sides or inside. Planning to buy these again when my LO needs a bigger size.

These diaper covers are great. I used them on my newborn baby with cotton/bamboo prefolds. They never leak and fit snuggly around my baby's legs. It says on the label they fit till 9 months but I'm sure my baby will out grow these by 6 months as he is on the largest rise and gaining weight quickly. I would definitely recommend these.

I love these diaper covers despite the fact that the rise snaps frequently pop open, and the inner gussets stretch out. The PUL is soft, they don’t leak, and they are roomy enough to cover any diaper.

Such a great cover- they fit my little guy from birth (7lbs 8oz) with prefolds inside, and are so easy To reuse throughout the day and then to clean! So happy with this purchase :) and the designs are just so cute!

These are great covers, we use them with fitted because i wanted to reserve our pocket covers for daycare and i wish i had bought them sooner.

I've tried many brands, and some others are OK but Thirsties definitely are the best to guard against any leaks!

Not too happy with the quality of the diapers. A snap has already broken and it’s been used once and not put in the dryer. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

These work well. They are adjustable from NB up and do a good job of containing the mess. And they are really cute!!

Very rare leaks compare to other brands of covers I was renting with my diaper service. Clips on one row makes it easy to put on. Very nice prints and colors. Love them.

By far my favourite shell. I use them two-three times with inserts. Love love love them.
