A: Hi There, 

At the moment this product does not come in capsule form. However, there is the Ultra Binder Stick Packs if you're looking for something more portable.

**Q: How long does it take to work?**
A: My doctor said between 4-8 weeks but that he has had several people better in under 4 weeks. For me there is improvement but I am starting week 5.

**Q: Does this product come in pill form now?**
A: I tried putting it into capsules, but it is so light and fluffy it was a huge mess.
