Product description McCormick Old Bay Seasoning 3.40kg Catering Size Restaurant Tub Ingredients CELERY salt (salt, CELERY seed), spices (including red pepper and black pepper), and paprika. Directions To use OLD BAY on steamed crabs, use a pot with a raised rack. Add vinegar and water, stopping before you reach the rack. Next, layer a dozen crabs and season with OLD BAY between layers. **Q: I need 15....do you that many in your inventory?**
A: I also have a question. I'm from Africa and would like to use Old Bay as a base to make my own seasonings. Can I do this? I'll make mention of Old Bay or not based on your recommendation

**Q: Can you use it for seafood boil? What would be a ratio? 1 pound of seafood and how much of the seasoning?**
A: Absolutely!!  I can't give you an exact ratio because I'm in the "more is better camp" when it comes to Old Bay.  I cover the top of the water with Old Bay in my stock pan when I poach shrimp along with between 1- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of peppercorns and a lemon cut in half.    

For a Shrimp Boil, we used 1  lb shrimp, 1/2 lb sliced andouille sausage, 1 lb baby red potatoes and 2 ears of corn, cut into chunks, juice of 1 lemon and 3 Tablespoons Old Bay and 3 Tablespoons of melted butter -salt & pepper to taste.

It also makes a great addition to cold shrimp salad.  Enjoy!!
