Help. i have a room thermostat powered by 220v but the boiler must have zero current input, just a short circuit. how do i wire this up

There are many variations on a theme of boiler control signal operation. You have to be 100% sure of what you are doing. Its really a job for an electrically trained person with boiler control system knowledge . Ideally you would be better getting a thermsotat design that has a set of clean contacts in it (built in relay) Rather than trying to create the same logic with an external relay. However, If your present wall thermostat design has 3 wires going to it. Live / Neutral and SW (switch) . At a suitable point connect a neutral wire to one side of the relay coil (2) and connect the SW wire from the stat to the other side of the relay coil (7) Connect two wires (your zero input two wires) from a normally open set of relay contacts say across (1) and (3) When the thermostat closes calling for heat, the SW wire becomes 220VAC live and pulls in the relay coil. The open contacts across (1) and (3) now close and give the boiler the go signal.

Will this control 2 kw Emerson from a temperature controller

Although 8amps (2KW) it is tech within the AC 220/250 V 10A rating of the contacts for a resistive load (immersion heater) I would look for a relay with a much higher contact rating amperage to ensure its longevity.
