Toasted Pearl Couscous - 10lb Bag

Finding pearl couscous locally is difficult in most areas. Available occasionally in small and expensive packages, Amazon levels the playing field with products like this. This is not handmade, at this price. It is machine worked, and does not have the same consistency as hand made product. It does taste good, developed the right flavor fried before broth in the dish I was making. It is an insanely huge ten pound bag. But it is inexpensive compared to other pearl couscous. (Expensive compared to machine made pasta though.) Huge plus is that it is made in the US.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase such a large quantity but we had no problem finishing our first 10 lb. bag and are on our second one. I have shared some with my neighbors who love it.

I can't find pearled couscous in stores right now plain. It is all the high sodium mixes. This is slightly more expensive than the brand I get plain in 2lb canisters, but I am ok with the few extra bucks right now. The taste is comparable and I am super surprised the bad didn't burst in transit. I will be buying again.

Israeli couscous is so expensive every where I looked-except for this one. The quality is as good as any I've ever had. Now I can make a fancy pasta dish for a fraction of the cost. Tremendous value!

This is a great product and value..

My family loves this! We order Hello Fresh and they sometimes include this with their meals but we have a family of five and need a bit more. It cooks like rice then add some butter and/olive oil and maybe garlic. This is a huge bag! Tastes fresh.

This company makes Pearl Couscous for every other company that repackages it. This is the best price for the same thing everyone else is selling. Make it in the rice cooker with broth and a bit of extra water, add butter and season. This is awesome camping carbs. Order a Cambro for it right now while you are here.
