I've never experienced anything like this and will tell all my friends in the industry about this product. I won't use anything else and they even sent me a package of their Churro coffee which I'm excited to brew. I bought this for one specific purpose - snowballs. I liked the shaved ice with sweetened condensed milk on top at EPCOT's Japanese pavilion, and wanted to replicate it at home with snowballs. Carrying around a can of sweetened condensed milk sounded like a huge pain, so I bought these handy travel sized packets of sweetened condensed milk instead. One packet covers the top of a snowball, transforming it into a luxurious treat. No can, no waste. They store at room temperature for months. You could use them at Starbucks, I guess. It's nice to have packets of sweetened condensed milk for use on the go.

I ordered this item 2 days ago, then received a note from Amazon today that the item cannot be delivered and I will receive a refund. Things happen with logistics. I get it. Problem is, this same item, same quantity is still listed as available and can be delivered in 2 days but for $5 more! WTH, Amazon?! For the record, the creamer is very tasty. That’s why I ordered it.
