I was disappointed with the fact after almost completely taking the phone a part to change the battery to find out the new battery is just as bad as the one that I replaced. Not Happy

The battery is an exact fit and is holding a full charge almost all day. The original battery had swollen and pushed open the back of the phone. Using the tools included, it was a snap to replace the battery. Did need a heat gun to insure the case seal was seating properly.

I purchased this battery a year ago, but didn't install it until a few weeks ago as I thought I'd get as much life out of the then current battery I had. I followed the charging instructions to the letter. Wouldn't last more than 3 hours after 5 charge cycles and now it last's anywhere from 4 hours to less than an hour- its completely unpredictable and frustrating. I had higher hopes for this product. Granted it sat in room temperature for a year before using- I still think a NEW battery should last longer than a year. Take what you will from this.

It did not work at all. I went back to another used original battery pulled from another device of same model, of course.

The tool to open phone to install battery would not work.
