I used this at an early seedling stage on my vegetable plants, and I have robust plants with good thick trunks and healthy foliage. My only quibble is not with the product itself, wqhich I will continue to use, but with the included plastic measuring cups. They come through cracked in half, rendering the useless. This is Amazon; bubble wrap is unknown to the shippers.
